Smooth movement, EXCELLENT time keeping. Great form for everyday, and great style for a night on the town!
My daughter delivered a birthday surprise earlier this month with the Precisionist chronograph -- two weeks before one of the packages under our tree revealed a Lunar Pilot bracelet model from my wife. Did they conspire on this? They swear they didn't know what the other was giving. I've admired the Precisionist chrono for more than a year now but had not taken the I've owned a number of Bulovas over the years, including the original Accutrons in the 1960. It's a fantastic addition. Large yes, but I like large dials and also have even larger automatics that measure over 50mm. The precisionist has not lost or gained a second since setting it for the first time a month ago. Like the curved crystal and multi-layered face. If there is a weakness, I'd say the lume could be brighter and more readable but that's not a big deal. Like the Lunar Pilot, it gets lots of comments from those who see it and want to know more about it. Great timepiece and keeping accurate time is one thing I demand from a watch.
I’ve had the black version with the carbon fiber dial for over a year. Great timepiece keeps very accurate time. Love the way the seconds hand sweeps like an automatic. Beautiful dial work.
