The watch is stunning. The customer service was not.
The caseback is transparent so you can see the movement, it's a miyota with the second hand moving at 5 beats/second, lasts a little under 2 days fully wound completely still, but it's self winding. Great watch overall, also the glass covers the entirety of the case.
Bought this watch while on vaction less than 2 weeks ago. It caught I eye in the watch case, tried it on and I was hooked. Looks good my wrist and has instantly become one of the favorites in my collection. Beautifully styled and proportioned.
It is a beautiful watch and it looks more expensive than it really is
