Beautiful watch - stops intermittently

I received this about 10 months ago. Great style. Two issues - The biggest issue is that it stops occasionally. IT restarts a couple hours later. This has happened 3 times since I have had it. Returned it, supposedly it was observed for a couple days and they said there was nothing wrong with it. It stopped again today. The second issue - don't wear this at night. You cannot see it without light. The hands are not visible in low light. I still like the watch and wear it. You just have to adjust the time every so often.
