Elegant and casual - new daily driver.

A beautiful open skeleton design allowing you to see the mechanisms at work on a leather strap mixes both the intricate and the elegant that is so versatile. My new daily driver for sure. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the easily audible rotor when moving your hand to both the wearer and a neighbor in a quiet room or office setting. Some may consider this a feature and enjoy it though.

Phenomenal.

That's it. That's the review. I kid, but this is by far the best value I've seen for a skeleton-styled timepiece from a "respected" watch brand. I didn't purchase this online, nor did I go to a MACY's either. I purchased this from a respected nationwide jeweler, and I have no regrets. Immediately wore it out of the store. Some have cited difficulty reading the hands with the exhibitionist concept; however, I assume no struggles with this. The lume on the hands is phenomenal and timely, and the design offers a level of functionality that will draw attention whether dressed up or down.

I love this watch!

I am extremely happy with this watch. The Surveyor was my first “adult” watch purchase and I’m in love. The skeletal design is quite sharp and I could not be happier with the craftsmanship.

Initially, a neat idea. But now it's better

Having recently been introduced to Horology, and watchmaking I found the Surveyor and thought it would be a source of motivation for me to continue my pursuit of learning the art and craft. After my Surveyor arrived, I took to the official Bulova site and found out just how important the Bulova name and watches are to American history. I am officially now becoming an even bigger Bulova fan. This watch is beautiful to look at, to see the inner workings from the face and back of the watch. The quality of construction and look of this watch makes it my first of many more to come. Thank You Bulova.
