2019 Lunar Pilot

While I am pleased with the purchase overall, it was disappointing that the packaging did not include an owner's manual/instructions and the "history" of the moon trip booklet. From reviews of prior releases of this model I looked at online it appears Bulova did include these booklets in the past. If I could do 4.5 stars I would. Would have been a nice addition to the package, which was otherwise a nice presentation of the watch, the two bands and the band tool. Still, darn nice watch, good job Bulova! I wear it proudly!

Amazing value.

After longing for another space worthy watch I figured I would give this a try. I was hesitant at first because I usually don't like quartz watches but the high frequency of this watch makes it so I don't notice a difference. The watch is finished very well and the dial is super legible. I wish the lume was a little brighter but it lasts a while in very dark conditions.

Keeping it classy

I bought this model because of its unique attachment to history and retro esthetic. It remains one of my most elegant and interesting pieces. This watch is straight James Bond cool and looks great with a tuxedo. Whether you’re going to the moon or a sophisticated night on the town this watch looks good. The fact that in a way you are wearing a bit of history only makes this watch even more special.

I bought my watch in the summer of last year expecting it to be an average black watch to add to my color scheme, little did I know I’d be wearing it almost daily for all of my casual and formal occasions!
