It's not you, it's me....

Elegant looking watch, competitive price. the catch (pun intended)?...the watch strap. I couldn't get it to fasten around my wrist. I returned it less than a week after I bought/received it. I don't know why, but with the deployant clasp with push buttons, trying to set the watch snugly on my wrist to match the male stud to the hole in the strap didn't work at all. I went to the internet/You Tube to see what the heck I was doing wrong, to see if I still could make the band snug. No joy. Watched half the instruction video, then I stopped...if I had that much trouble with such a basic manuever to use it, I figured, no matter how elegant the piece, I didn't want to pay to wrestle with it every time to try to put it on my wrist. Common sense. I wasnt' going to go to the Bulova store for a fitting, either; I know it's not rocket-science, it isn't that kind of watch (aside from the my embarassement of not getting the band to catch). The watch, for me, had to work out-of-the-box, and it didn't. Sorry.
