I enjoy interesting watches of all sorts. I own watches of different varieties from over $20k to under $20 dollars. The Bulova Marine Star caught my eye as it resembles in many ways the Tag Aquaracer. So I did some research on it. The build quality is very good. The materials make for a very robust watch. But the precisionist movement is exceptional. The second hand sweet is world class smooth and such a pleasure to look at. With accuracy of +/- ten seconds a year, it’s incredible. The dial it beautiful. At this price point it is arguably one of the best quartz watches in its class. It’s great to have a very nice watch that I can just grab in a rush and know the time is correct and reliable. You simply can’t go wrong with it. It’s the watch worlds best kept secret.
This handsome watch combines the following: • Functionality • Versatility • Comfort • Value I love the textured dial and overall appearance.
It's disappointing that I only had a week of this watch working. I'm hoping it's just a battery. I live in the north woods of MN, the nearest jeweler is 60 miles away. I'm not happy!!!
