Incredible Elegance and Craftsmanship

This was a gift from my husband. I bought him the Bulova Marine Star (ID 96B256) and he just happened to see this while shopping - he thought it was a match for his. It is a different, BUT - I truly love this watch. It is more substantial and heavier than many other ladies' watches, but I find those to all be plus points. I haven't worn it a full two weeks and I have been asked about or complimented on this watch while out and about. The faceting on the face is beautiful and catches light nicely. It's the flash of blue from the face rather than the crystals catching the light that is attracting notice. Well made. I have had other, high-profile name brand watches, but we keep returning to our Bulovas. They are exquisitely made, and unlike some others we own, we don't have to swaddle them in bubble wrap and be so very careful when we wear them so we don't damage them. They are WELL-MADE. Also - I love that mine has the Bulova tuning-fork on the face of my watch. Unfortunately, my husband's doesn't.
