I love all of the details on this watch. When I got my watch, I was delighted to see the signature engraved on the bracelet clasp - nice touch! This is my fourth watch from Bulova and certainly not my last!
The rather unusual design of this watch just happened to satisfy my desire for a really unique addition to my modest collection without even closely duplicating my existing. Just took delivery yesterday. Pleasantly surprised that it exceeded my expectations. The workmanship is flawless, highly polished, comfortable to wear, and fits well on my narrow wrist. The quality of the bracelet is equally as nice as the watch. After wearing it all day there is no pinching or pulling of hairs! As for attention to detail, the second hand includes a Frank Lloyd Wright detail, a very small square shape that resembles the logo (in red) on the dial, and etched into the case back. It's definitely a daytime watch since it has no lumme. It will take a bit of wearing in order to become adept at reading the time correctly. For me, that's not a problem since I consider this Bulova more jewelry, with an historic flair, than just another fancy watch. I'm not one given to "special editions", but I think the appeal of this one will last as long as Frank Lloyd Wright is remembered as a premier architect.
