Lovely watch...poor quality control by Bulova

The watch is beautiful. The quality control process at Bulova is disappointing and I expected more from this company and for the price I paid. I had links added by Bulova and when I received the watch I notices that 3 pins were sticking up and would catch on my clothes. Customer service was responsive with the option to return the watch or have a local jeweler fix it and be reimbursed. I chose the latter and the jeweler didn't even charge me to fix the problem. I was inconvenienced and time is money.
