Absolutely hate their customer service

Ordered this watch for my husband for father’s day. It was too big and the belt was matted so we returned it and ordered another one which he absolutely loved. I sent the returns and it has been 15 days since they have received it and I haven’t gotten my refund back. Filled out a contact us form and no one has contacted me yet. Stayed on the customer support call for 20 minutes and no one answered. Be careful buying from them. Surprised by how reputable the company portrays itself to be and the watches are a hefty price but they don’t care about their customers.

Looks fantastic, just feels lightweight

Everything about the watch is beautiful. The only thing is the bracelet feels so lightweight which i usually prefer heavier bracelets. Wish it was heavier. Besides that, it looks great.

Excellent

I bought this watch because of the known quality associated with Citizen/Bulova. I love the see through dial along with the watch itself being gold tone. Only disappointing thing is that the band is very cheap quality. It feels cheap and too light weight. Bulova should have put a better quality band with the watch!
