I received my new Bulova watch today, but I am not wearing it. Why? Because of the badly designed band clasp, which did NOT include the instructions on how to adjust it to size. It's one thing to include the manual, try to adjust it, run up the white flag and take to a professional to adjust. But to NOT include the manual, even as a pdf? Not cool. Tried the bot, but only got "articles" nothing for me. After hours and the weekend, so getting Human help is a no go. Order a band with the proper buckle and wait five days for an item that should have been included in the first place, which, by the way, the size is not even listed on the Bulova website. Nope. So tomorrow, 3/30/24, or Monday 4/1/24, I'll take it to a local watch band seller and have this disaster replaced with the correct band and buckle. Minus one star for what is an otherwise great watch.
I've bought Bulovas for 30 years. My only complaint is that they are not highly rugged. They only last me about 7 years. I am hard on them, and I wear them all the time regardless of what I am doing.
