Beautiful Watch, Disappointing Delivery

I absolutely loved the Bulova “Chairman of the Board” (97B224) watch. The design is elegant, the build is clearly premium and it matched all of my expectations for a quality timepiece. Unfortunately when it arrived there were visible scratches on the case. It’s a shame because everything else about the piece was impressive

Beautifully crafted and assembled. The leather strap is soft and comfortable on the wrist. The elegant design and colors truly make this watch a wonderful time piece.
