15 year Anniversary gift. A beautiful watch to match my beautiful wife. Band breaks after a coupe days as she hugs me. We hear it hit the floor and it has been sitting broken in a drawer. No word from customer care after nearly two weeks. We are beyond let down at this point.
Very lovely watch. It is a smaller size but that was what I was looking for. Took one star off because of the band. Looked like it was going to be leather in the picture but it is a clear looking plastic looking band, would return since I think it is too expensive to have such a cheap looking strap but kept it because the watch itself is very nice.
I'm in the same situation as the below customer. My strap broke. I want it fixed. Where to go. I went to a couple jewelers each said to contact Bulova.
Don’t go after it’s gorgeous beauty. I bought this watch couple weeks ago but it didn’t last long, the strap broke right after 3 days. Very disappointed
