Bad customer service

I received this watch as a father's day gift in 2018, and wore it frequently, until the band broke in 2020. This was my favorite watch. I have tried emailing them twice and never receive a response. Terrible customer service. I own 1 other bulova, but it is a chronograph, and while it looks really cool I've never found them to be useful in my life style. I wear it on occasion. This watch, the skeleton, is by far the best looking and timekeeping piece I have, I just wish they actually took care of their customers. I bought another one this year, for my sons 18th birthday, that shows how much i/we love its design. Would be a 5 star if they actually took care of it, like you'd think they ought to do when you buy a higher end time piece. When I think that it's literally been 3 years since I could wear it, it really chaps my hide.

Nice big sports watch

I have a large wrist (8.5”) and this one looks great on my wrist. Nice to have a larger sporty watch with an integrated bracelet. Watch is pretty heavy but I like its wrist presence. I find it a little hard to locate the hands sometimes

Love it! But the clasp comes undone randomly

I love this watch! The look, the feel, the comfort, but the clasp comes undone at random times. I was at a sports venue and the watch literally came undone while I was cheering and flew three rows in the air off my wrist. If not for that, the watch would be perfect.
