Strap adjustment

Just received this as a gift. How does one adjust the the leather strap to fit?

Great watch and tribute to Frank Sinatra

I haven't worn a watch in a long time, but missed wearing one and am a Sinatra fan. I'm smaller female and this style is the only one from the Sinatra that would work for me. It is unisex. I like the strap. Classic, somewhat dramatic look. Great packaging. Very happy with watch and Bulova.
