Great Quality watch

Love the quality and look of the watch. No doubt a stunner with the sapphire crystal giving a clear view of the beautiful dial. Only concern I am having is the error rating of the movement. How much error is normal? this rating must be published by Bulova to clear doubts of owner IE that they dint get a lemon. Thank you.

Beautiful watch.

I bought this watch about 2 and a half months ago and get a lot of compliments but now the watch won't work any more. Tried with movements and winding the arm in the normal position like the instructions tells you to but still not working. Needs to send in for repairs. :-(
