I have 4 Precisionist watches, a Computron, and 3 Marine Stars. All for less than a cheap Rolex. (Although I wouldn't turn my nose up over an Omega) I wear my 2 tone every day. She just turned 7, and looks great. I also have a Spaceview that my mom gave my dad in 1960. 14k. I also worked at a pawn shop, and the Bulova were the best. As for history, no watch can beat Bulova. Bulova went to the moon. Did Rolex? No.
A Timeless Piece that’s Timely. Suites my kind of both casual and traditionally formal dressing.
I wanted to have this watch for a while before posting a review. The watch is really great! So far, time has kept accurate and had no issues with water. My only issue is that the 4 screws that are at the face of the watch are too sharp at the points. I do have another precitionist watch that does not have this issue, so I don't know if it's just this model or the watch I got. Everything else I love!
Bulova Response
This review is beyond description since there are few words that would describe my pleasure with this watch. First of all it is a substantial watch which was exactly what I was looking for. If you have a small wrist or small hand, this watch may not be to your liking. Next, it is beautiful in its azure blue and stainless steel tones. The face and markers of the watch are dazzling so much so that under sunlight the minute and hour hands can be a little difficult to read. But this is only a minor consideration considering the artful design of the icon. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the sweep second hand. I wasn’t expecting this thinking that this was only available in automatic watches. I am truly happy with the BULOVA Icon watch and would recommend it to anyone.
