I have had this watch for several years, when my son had his junior prom he asked me if he could wear it. It is his watch now. It is elegant and bold at the same time. It is a great time piece that even the younger generation recognizes.
I have bought two of these watches in the past and they all do the same thing. It seems the second hand gets stuck around the 35-40 second marker. I replaced the battery and the watch still does not work. I also had it checked out by a watch smith and they couldn't even figure out what was wrong with it. In my opinion, it's not worth the price if the watch is not going to last more than a couple of years. My first one broke a day after it left the store, my second one lasted about 2.5 years before it broke. Sorry Bulova, you're not getting me to buy any more of your watches if all they do is break.
As long as I can remember I've loved wristwatches. At one time I owned more than a dozen, but that changed when my wife and daughter gave me a Bulova Marine Star as a wedding anniversary present. Since then it's the only watch I wear and I only take it off to replace the battery. Quality lasts forever.
I own multiple bulovas and absolutely love them. High quality and super comfortable to wear. I get compliments all the time. I would suggest one to everyone well worth every penny.
