Very disappointed

Hello, I recently purchased the below watch online in the USA. I gave this watch as a gift to my father who lives in India. He just wore it once and the chain link was broken when he removed the watch from his hand. This was not expected when I purchased it from Bulova. I am very disappointed. This is too bad and there is no service in India for Bulova watches. What would you guys suggest? I need a resolution for this. I am very unhappy with Bulova. I spent around 600 USD on this watch and this is least expected. Thank you

After reviewing the photos you provided, it seems a pin may have fallen out, which can happen during bracelet resizing if the pin isn't securely placed back. Bulova class

I love the watch and it’s beautiful. I was disappointed at easily it scratched and how obvious the scratches were, after only having it 2 weeks. And I’m a nurse not doing anything rough with the watch either.

Solid watch

Just bought this piece from a jeweler. Out of the box it is a solid watch. Nice weight, nice clean style, and not too flashy. Great for an everyday watch

Nice looking solid feel.

Great watch only one problem. When you reset the stopwatch function, it doesn't return to 12., and seams to be random for some reason.
