Instructions on how to set the watch should come with the item, paid for 2 day shipping for anniversary but I didn’t receive the package until 4 days later. Called customer service no return call.
Hello, I recently purchased the below watch online in the USA. I gave this watch as a gift to my father who lives in India. He just wore it once and the chain link was broken when he removed the watch from his hand. This was not expected when I purchased it from Bulova. I am very disappointed. This is too bad and there is no service in India for Bulova watches. What would you guys suggest? I need a resolution for this. I am very unhappy with Bulova. I spent around 600 USD on this watch and this is least expected. Thank you
