Love my new watch, highly dislike the lack of quality control! I received my new watch, very excited to wear it out that evening and it had a dead battery. I reached out to Bulova and required me to send it to the factory, so 4 to 6 weeks my watch will be gone. Nope, that was not going to happen -- took it to a local watch repair and had the battery changed. Bulova, your quality control is awful -- this watch should have never been shipped with a dead battery and should have been verified prior to shipping. You are better than that and I am very disappointed. This lack of quality control will definitely cause me to not purchase another Bulova watch and that is disappointing, as I love your design. Fix this problem and win me back to Bulova.
