Clasp

The watch looks great. However, I am not liking the butterfly clasp. I have a small wrist. The clasp is about 1.5 inches long. It is stiff and does not bend well or conform to the shape of my wrist. It makes the band look boxy.

This watch was too wide for my arm, and appeared more of a man's size width. I thought it would be more feminine, as it appears to be a beautiful graceful style, but way to bulky feeling, and a large face as well. The dimensions just seemed off to me. It was also flimsy, and certainly not the quality weight I have come to appreciate from the finer Bulova watches I own. I had to send this one back.... unfortunately, returns during the COVID is VERY difficult, as no one is answering phones for the past 3 weeks, nor are they returning emails, so I am frustrated with the current affairs of customer service. I feel if you can get the item out and collect my money, you should be able to offer returns in a timely fashion. My thoughts...
