I bought this watch just before Christmas and wished I had not spent the money on it. Unfortunately, the watch does not keep time. In my particular case, the watch I now own gains between 60 and 120 seconds per day. My disappointment arises from the fact that I will need to return it for service. To confirm this review, the serial number of the watch I now own is 182K02903 mand was purchased through Kay Jewelers in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Don't waste your time with this watch.

Got gifted this watch over a year ago and while it does keep good time, the one thing I can't get over is just how poor the lume is. The watch is great, if you are a history fan, this is a great piece, and it feels solid. But if lume is important to you, this is not the one to get, though I doubt that would be the primary reason to purchase this watch. Overall, I love the watch but the lume is a huge disappointment.
Terrific vintage look tool watch that is let down by poor lume and perhaps its water resistance. Watch looks great. Although a bit larger in size, it wears great - lugs slope down so the lug to lug is not over bearing. Combination of brushed and polished case sides adds visual interest. I really like the hands - unique and vintage and cool. The dial is a bit busy but is really easy to see the time. The miyota movement rotor is a touch loud but I rarely hear it throughout the day and the movement itself is keeping excellent time for an automatic - - after 5 days of wear, it is about 15 seconds fast. This is COSC level accuracy out of a relatively inexpensive Japanese movement. The Hour and Elapsed Time functions are very handy complications and make the watch an invaluable tool for keeping track of a second time zone and tracking time for baking or working out. A real sapphire crystal with AR is another nice addition. The strap is decent, but my 7 inch wrist would like one more hole as I like to wear it tight. I will likely end up replacing it with a vintage look leather strap. If the watch has a failure, it is the lume. If you hit it for a minute with a phone light, it will stay dimly viewable for probably five hours in a pitch black room. 6-7 hours and you can't see it. Finally, it would be nice if the water resistance were slightly better. Overall, I love the watch. Lume aside, it's a great watch I enjoy wearing.
