Great design, but flawed

The watch looks better in person than in the images. The watch keeps very good time and the mechanical movement is a wonder to watch. Overall the watch has a beautiful design and everything from the case to the leather strap is very high quality. That said, I wish I had not purchased the watch as the reserve power is just a few hours. It is frustrating to wear the watch all day and then have to set the time every morning. It will only keep time for a few (3~5) hours at best if you are not wearing it. If you are willing to accept this limitation, then it is a solid purchase especially with a discount code. If not, stay away.

The power reserve is actually 42 hours, not just a few hours. This is based on a fully wound movement, which takes approximately 40 rotations, or about 30 seconds manually. We would suggest that you wind the movement manually at the start of your day by rotating the crown clockwise. We hope his helps, so that you can completely enjoy your new Bulova.com purchase!
