Disappointed

I bought this watch for my boyfriend for Christmas last year. He loved it, until 5 months in when the strap wore away and broke. He would wear it occasionally, never got water on it or anything and it just broke off of his wrist one day. The warranty doesn’t cover the strap either so now he’s disappointed he can’t wear it again

Return watch

It has stopped running 4 times since I received it. I would like to return it and not receive a replacement
