Love this watch! It has real history, just like the Speedmaster Professional. Build quality is like a watch 10x its price. With the chronograph hand runing, it looks like a manual wind or automatic. Wish it had a 12 hour chrono dial. The 30 second split second dial is pretty useless. This watch looks like you mated a Speedmaster Professional to a Speedmaster Mark ll. Really a beautiful timepiece. Plus it's the most accurate watch made that doesn't have an Atomic radio.
This is the 3rd Bulova I have purchased. When I read about the story behind the watch it certainly got my attention. Then when I saw the images on-line and the comparison to the original I knew I had to have one. Often I catch people's eyes drift across and look at the watch, I take great joy in telling the story. Bulova have put together a great tribute watch, with loads of quality and style.
