Perfect conversation starter

I have been wanting a great piece with great provenance, and I was very lucky that after a couple of very well placed hints my wife gave me this for my birthday. It’s a great everyday watch and gives me a chance to share my love of space and watches with whom ever is willing to listen, thank you Bulova for making this piece of history available!

A welcome piece of history in a great package

Wife gave me the lunar pilot for Christmas (2018). Great present. I served as a staff member for the House of Representatives Science & Technology Committee in the 1980s and we worked with NASA and learned a lot about the history of the Apollo program. Fantastic watch that gets a lot of comments and keeps time to the second (far better than my automatics). Thanks for a letting us have a part of the nation's space history.
