The Bulova I Have Been Waiting For

I have been waiting over a decade for Bulova to put the precisionist movement in a classic looking watch under 40mm. They hit it out of the park with this one. One caution: I opted to size the bracelet myself, and getting it to fit my 6.5" wrist required taking out every single removable link. If your wrist is any smaller, maybe opt to have Bulova size the bracelet before shipping. They must have a trick to get down to some of the lower sizing options.

I saw a YouTube review of the Super Seville and was immediately impressed with the design and movement. I already had the Curv and the Sinatra Summer Wing so I was already a Bulova fan. The online pictures and videos don’t do the dial color justice. The deceptively simple blue takes on different hues and depths in different lighting and viewing angles. The fluted bezel is more subtle IRL which reinforces its charm. Thanks for producing this model. Keep up the great work!

Well designed and very accurate

I have been collecting Bulova watches since the 1970s and when this watch was released I purchased it and really like the way it wears and how accurate the watch is. Although I prefer automatic watches, this watch is an ideal grab and go choice. It has great styling and fits well on my 7.25” wrist. One improvement I would like to see is better water resistance, so that you could wear this watch anywhere and anytime.

I made this purchase for my grandsons 16th birthday because I wanted a watch to last a life time! He absolutely loves it!!! And a side note I still have my Bulova watch my parents gave me for my High School graduation 50 years ago ❤️
