I knew I wanted this watch since it was announced. It was a reissue of a super funky digital watch that was ahead of it's time. The pictures I really don't do it justice. I have the silver with blue display. By the time you read this, the rubber strap with red will be available as well as the gold version with red display. The display is super bright and there is no auto on setting like a tilt function like Smart watches have. Well makes sense because there's a battery and not a rechargeable battery. There is also a date and second time zone display which can be set to whatever time you out desire. The bracelet is actually way better than other stock Bulova bracelets. I sized it with a pin pusher watch tool. It's not a screw pin. I just wish there were more specs like the band width at the lugs. With my calipers I measured 18.8mm so a 18mm will fit pretty good, but the metal is where it's living. Also the entire watch is a finger print magnet no doubt about it! It is indeed shiny!! All in all would I still buy it knowing what I know? Well I personally would say yes but a lot of people may not think this style is for them.
I am disappointed in the quality of this watch. It is not up to Bulova standards. I was so excited to recieve this watch and show it off to my friends. When I opened the box my excitement skyrocketed, because of how cool the watch looked. However, when I took the watch out of the box that excitement immediately died the watch bracelet felt cheap, not like the Bulova watches I've grown accustomed to. The next thing I did was press the button on the side to turn on the display, but to my dismay, it would not turn on. I thought there was some trick to the initial set up so I went online to find the manual. After a thorough reading of the manual, I learned there was no trick. I was simply given a defective watch. I own two other Bulova watches which I absolutely love. The Computron simply does not meet the Bulova standard.
