Beautiful watch just doesn't keep time

Find it difficult to keep it running. Beautiful watch but did not.come with the correct time and find it difficult to keep time

Watch does not keep time. It stops and starts randomly. Pain in but to return because it has to be sent to a repair center and not exchanged. Why can't it be exchanged and company deal with repair center. Bought it for husband. I was gonna purchase another forms grandson but because of this issue I have changed my mind.

Since this watch has an automatic movement, it keeps the most accurate time when fully wound and is powered by the motion of the wrist. A watch winder can also help keep it running while not in use.
