Good product, not good customer care so far

I have a Bulova Precisionist 97B110. Watch is good but Customer care is bad. I asked for a simple question to Bulova.ca via the standard email customer care process. So far, they replied by saying it would take 2 business days to answer my question. I went on Bulova.com Facebook and left a post too. Still no answer….

I looked at lots of watches but kept coming back

I like this watch mostly because it has military time.
