Beautiful, modern, elegant watch, broke in 11 months

The watch is stunning: elegant, modern, feminine, just gorgeous. Unfortunately, 11 months after purchasing it I started noticing moisture in the dial that would eventually evaporate. One day some 12-13 months after buying the watch the glass cover just fell off while I was showering. I am starting a process of service request under warranty, I’ll post an update:
