Beautiful, but....

This is a gorgeous bracelet that I purchased for my husband. It looks great on, however, the clasp is the absolute worst. It falls off with the slightest touch and cannot be repaired or fixed (I brought it to two jewelers and they said they can't do anything about it). It's a shame... He loves it but won't wear it for fear of losing it.
