Superbe jewelery got broken by simply wearing it

For 9 months this bracelet was a nice everyday wearable. I received it as a birthday gift from the most important person so it was also a nice souvenir to remind me of her. Then the Precision bolt snapped and, although I tried to screw it back in severla times, I was very close to loose the screw. Then I stopped wearing it until Bulova would fix it. I am back in the states now and not sure how or where to get this item fixed, still under warranty.
