Online Ordering Policy
Orders for timepieces purchased through Bulova.com will not be accepted for resale or other commercial use, and may only be shipped for delivery within the U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, and the District of Columbia) but not Puerto Rico. We are unable to ship internationally.
All products are subject to availability. In the event that we are out of stock, you will be notified by the next business day. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; to supply only part of an order; or to divide an order into multiple shipments to expedite delivery. We also reserve the right to change the terms or duration of any special offers or sales promotions.
Bulova accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

Bulova will only accept credit or debit cards issued in the United States. Upon online approval of your credit card, your order will be processed and the total order amount will be placed on hold. Once your purchase is ready to be shipped, your credit card will be charged. All taxes, if any, due on your online transaction will be charged as required by applicable laws. All taxes are calculated and included on the Order Review Page.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders will be shipped from our facility within 3 business days. UPS Ground Shipping is free. There is a charge of $10 for 2-day UPS shipping and $25 for overnight UPS shipping. UPS Ground transit times vary by state.
We are unable to ship to US PO Box, APO or FPO addresses.
Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. eastern time, Saturday and Sunday or on any official holiday will begin processing on the next business day.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment online.
Online Return policy
Bulova offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Returns can only be accepted for products purchased through Bulova.com. To process your return, please contact our Customer Relations department at 1-800-228-5682 option 5, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday. Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives in our logistics department. Credits cannot be issued until the merchandise being returned or exchanged is received. Bulova will not accept the return of any watch which is not in pristine condition (e.g., unworn, no scratches, in the original packaging, original tickets, with the warranty and instruction booklet). When returning your watch you must return any links that may have been removed during sizing. Any gift with purchase items must also be returned. In the event that any of these items are not returned, additional charges may apply.
All Bulova timepieces purchased through Bulova.com come with a three-year limited warranty. Please visit Bulova.com for details and warranty terms.
If you didn’t opt for the free sizing at the time of purchase, you can visit your local jeweler. National chain retailers will not size any watches not purchased in their stores/website.
If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email as soon as possible to customercare@Bulova.com or call Customer Relations toll free at 1-800 228 5682 option 5, from 9 a.m to 5 p.m. eastern time Monday through Friday. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled.
