When you place an order with us on Bulova.com, you are buying directly from the brand - and you can be assured that your Bulova timepiece is authentic, first quality, and backed by our global three-year warranty.

PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. This will ensure your watch is packaged with care and arrives safely and securely. Orders placed after 3PM ET on Friday will begin processing on Monday. Holiday orders will be processed the next business day.

Orders with bracelet sizing requested require an additional 2-4 business days for processing.

Once your order has been processed, we will ship your package via UPS, and we will send you a tracking number via email.


SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping within the United States for any order placed on Bulova.com. We also offer expedited shipping options. Please see below for shipping options and delivery timeframes:

  • Standard UPS Ground: FREE. You can expect to receive your order in 7-10 business days, after your order has shipped.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: $15. You can expect to receive your order in 2-3 business days, after your order has shipped.
  • UPS Next Day Air: $25. You can expect to receive your order in 1-2 business days, after your order has shipped.

Ground transit times vary from state to state. We are unable to ship to U.S. Post Office boxes APO or FPO addresses at this time.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR AN AFFIRM ACCOUNT?

To sign up for Affirm, you must: Be 18 years or older (19 years or older in Alabama or if you are a ward of the state in Nebraska). Provide a valid U.S. or APO/FPO/DPO home address. Buy with Affirm is not currently available to Iowa or West Virginia residents. Provide a valid U.S. mobile or VoIP number and agree to receive SMS texts. Provide your full name, email address, date of birth, and the last 4 digits of your social security number to help Affirm verify your identity.

ARE THERE ANY INTEREST OR FEES ASSOCIATED WITH AFFIRM LOANS?
Affirm loans vary between 10% and 30% APR simple interest. The corresponding finance charge is the only fee associated with an Affirm loan – there are no late fees, service fees, prepayment fees, or any other hidden fees.

DOES AFFIRM PERFORM A CREDIT CHECK?
When you first create an Affirm account, a credit check is performed to help verify your identity and determine your eligibility for financing. This credit check will not affect your credit score.

DOES AFFIRM REPORT TO CREDIT BUREAUS?
Affirm reports information about your loan and payment activity to Experian (and plans to report to other credit bureaus in the future).

WHY WAS I PROMPTED TO PAY A DOWN PAYMENT WITH A DEBIT CARD?
Affirms tries hard to approve every purchase but sometimes can't approve the full amount. When this happens, Affirm provides a debit card down payment option so that you may still complete your purchase right away.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS ON AN ORDER THAT I PAID WITH AFFIRM?
Payments on your Affirm loan are made directly to Affirm. Before each payment is due, Affirm will send you reminders via email and SMS that will include the installment amount that is due and the due date. You can also sign up for autopay so you don't risk missing a payment.
