Beautiful watch. Shame on the service
I recently purchased this watch and as for the watch itself, I am completely satisfied. It is a very classy piece and it wears very well as both a dress piece and an everyday piece. I purposely chose to shop online as I didn't want a piece that had been man handled by numerous shoppers ; especially at Christmas time. Upon receipt, I took it to two "Authorized Bulova Dealers" to get the band sized correctly. I was flatly refused in both locations as I did not purchase the watch from their store. There was no discussions , just refusal. What is the purpose of being an "Authorized Bulova Dealer" if they don't support the company's product? This is brutal representation of what has always been a very reputable company!
