Celebrating Bulova’s military heritage and the Veteran’s Watchmaker Initiative, a nonprofit organization whose focus is to teach war veterans, especially disabled veterans, the highly skilled art of watchmaking. The updated HACK watch features a Miyota 8S20-43A three-hand 21-jewel automatic movement with a 42 hour power reserve. The stainless steel case with a black dial and luminescent hands and markers also features a center track on the dial displaying 24H time. The screw-back case features a glass insert with the VWI printed logo. Watch features a domed mineral crystal, a green nylon strap and water resistance to 30 meters. By purchasing this watch, 10% of the proceeds will go to helping to support the Veteran’s Watchmaker Initiative.

Keeps good time. Accurate to within seconds of my cell phone and Regulator wall clock. Cloth band is very comfortable, but a bit long for my wrist, so I just fold the excess band back under the 2nd sliding strap holder.

I love it for everyday wear, non vwi was cool too, but went with this one.
Bought this watch through a certified reseller and i am happy with the purchase. 38mm makes for a perfect everyday watch.
Really loving this 38mm field watch. Love that it harks back to the A-11 watch issued in WW2 by Bulova. My grandfather was at D-day so this is small way to help remember him. Beautiful domed crystal. Movement timing is quite good, better than the spec suggests. The single position crown is really satisfying to use and of course it's awesome that it hacks. Only complaint is the strap. I needed to add two holes, which made it fray, so I'll need to replace it with a NATO. Would love if Bulova included the non-VWI black leather nato strap too.
Great Watch from a Great Project
I already had a hack, but saw this one was made by the Veterans Watchmaking Initiative, I had to get it. In addition every watch goes to helping that program continue it’s incredible work. If you are looking for a Hack Watch, and want one also provides help to our veterans, I would encourage you to get this watch.

everthing has been fine with watch - only problem was UPS put package on wrong truck 1st delivery try, but got here on 2nd try.
Perfect field watch
Purchased this watch to replace a cheap field watch that failed. I loved the genes (WW2) of this watch, along with its connection to the Veterans Watch Initiative. The watch is beautiful, a perfect size and very legible. The band is big for my wrist but I tuck the end of the band under and secure it with the second sliding metal clasp. Really pleased with this watch!
