The sophisticated polished gold-tone stainless steel case has a mineral crystal and features a winding crown guarded by a bow that adds a modern edge to this classic silhouette. The gold-tone dial features silver-tone roman numerals and hands, with a central aperture that offers a view at the timepiece’s inner workings. The skeletonized automatic movement that powers the watch has 21 jewels and a power reserve of 42 hours. The historic look is completed with a 15-inch gold-tone stainless steel chain that ends in a tuning fork spring clip for secure attachment. Nice pocket watch
As a collector of pocket watch, this is one of my favorite. The open skeleton dial highlights the movement, nice dial design and chain.
Excellent Piece
This is a very elegant well made watch. Love the mechanics and the look. I hope to pass this on as a family heirloom. Price point was very good. The reputation of Bulova has endured for a very long time for a very good reason. Good Solid Buy.
An absolute Top Shelf Bulova Pocket Watch
I've always loved pocket watches. It invokes a nostalgia of older times, where persons showed a certain dapperness, a look of proper dignity. You see a man pull his watch out of his vest pocket. The beautiful chain and the time piece at the end of it. The watch looks like a golden comet, a shiny gold comet with a golden chain tail. The watch is heavy, looks durable, coupled with a lovely chain. The chain has hooks on either side, so if you just want it in your pocket. The face is thick glass, the Movement is just amazing, so intricate, it has the Bulova logo at the top, it has a second hand, you can see into the clockwork. You just want to sit and stare at it. I wear it every day along with my Curv. I've gotten many complements when I pull it out with the chain. And they see the inner workings and the second hand movement. It's just an overall beautiful watch.
