I purchased this watch to wear in our wedding around July 2007. I work construction, needless to say it's not my everyday timepiece. When the opportunity arises, the clean classic look of the face and band compliment any wardrobe. Unfortunately in 2017 our marriage ended, however the marine star did not. I noticed the battery died the last time I looked at it (2007-2020 can't complain about the longevity of that battery). The watch still looks brand new, functions like the day I bought it and still gets compliments.
As long as I can remember I've loved wristwatches. At one time I owned more than a dozen, but that changed when my wife and daughter gave me a Bulova Marine Star as a wedding anniversary present. Since then it's the only watch I wear and I only take it off to replace the battery. Quality lasts forever.

Recently bought this watch and I love it. It’s comfortable to wear and has a strong clasp so I don’t have to worry about catching it on something then falling off my arm. Great craftsmanship like most of Bulova’s watches. It’s a very classy watch & looks fantastic! The first time I wore it, I couldn’t believe how many people gave me nice comments. I don’t normally give endorsements on anything really but if you you are looking for an eye catching watch, you can’t go wrong with this one. Absolutely love it$
