Purchased this for my Husbands 60th birthday and he absolutely loved it, I thought it was smaller then want he is used to wearing he paired it with his watch and it all came together. Great buy for the price.
Bracelet broke within an hour but customer service was great!
Ordered this for my son’s graduation present. He went to tighten it to fit his wrist and the bead popped right off. Didn’t make it one day. Customer service was willing to provide a label and send it back for a refund or replace it so at least customer service is willing to help. Perhaps it was just a bad bracelet. I will order again because of the ease of a solution that worked for us!
