Love my Marine Star watch. Great feel, nice large face, heavier weight gives a nice masculine look without the over the top look many cheap watches provide. Blocs did a great job fitting the band for me as well. Very Happy!
A lifetime digital watch user, I like when a watch can fill many roles. The convenience has spoiled me. Casio did a good job in the 20 dollar range but the retro chrome plated plastic cases would not hold up for more than 5 years with my heavy use. So after buying the fifth one of those I was ready for something with more build quality. Ever since the Big Precisionist Icon came out, I really liked that amount of features but it was missing the rotating bezel. It didn't occur to me to check out the Marine Stars but as soon as I saw the type C, I knew that was the one I was looking for. I get the stopwatch, metal band, rotating bezel for less strict timing, date window, and really nice bright lume that is very readable from dusk till dawn. It would be neat if the bezel had some lume as well but I do not dive and have no plans to do so, so it would be lost on me anyway. So it has exactly what I was looking for in my daily toolwatch. For the money I have not found anything comprable. Luckily I have enough wrist to make it look normal sized.
Everything about it looks great. Very modern. The case is slightly oversized but is perfect on my wrist. Easy band adjustment from a jeweler.

This was Birthday gift from my family great watch feels great and looks great. Engraved and keeps accurate time, I have received many compliments on this timepiece.
I currently own an Omega Speedmaster and Omega Seamaster watches; however, the Bulova Marine Star watch is the one I wear every day. It looks amazing and is the second Bulova I’ve owned (lost the first one while surfing). It’s an impressive watch and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again.
I purchased my new Bulova Marine Star 45mm Stainless Steel Chronograph, (Model 96B272) August 3, 2019 and could not be more pleased. The black dial contrasts very nicely with the silver and white chronograph accents, making for a very clean and crisp visual presentation that is so very easy to read. At 45mm this watch is rather large, feels heavy in the hand, and has a manly look. On or off the wrist, it appears as a much more expensive timepiece. I have always preferred a mechanical watch, however, Bulova’s advanced quartz movement caught my attention for its accuracy, and the very clean look of the black dial made it an easy purchase decision. If you are looking for an every day watch, I highly recommend the Bulova Marine Star Stainless Steel Black Dial Chronograph!

I bought this watch a couple weeks ago looking to add quality watches to my collection. This watch stood out to me because of how clear and sharp the watches features are. In my opinion it is difficult to find a stainless steel watch with black accents to stand out. Bulova delivers with high marks with this timepiece. The watch weight is heavy enough to feel you have a quality watch, especially at his price point- the bracelet is solid and doesn’t have a hollow feel to it. The clasp is very well designed and will secure you watch on your wrist adequately. I highly recommend this piece for your collection. A very classy diver!

I have not worn a watch in many years but felt it was time to as glancing at ones wrist is quicker than picking up ones phone, plus a little 'bling' never hurts. Was shocked at the variety of styles, colors, and prices available! After looking at dozens of styles and manufactures I found Bulova's Marine Star. The styling, quality, and design was what I was looking for. Once it arrived I was impressed with the 'heft', size, and detail of the piece. It looks and feels like a million bucks! I am very glad I chose this timepiece.

A beautifully, well-designed watch. I’ve already received multiple comments from friends and strangers alike and have encouraged them to buy one. They were all shocked when I told them what I paid and how affordable it is. I own a similar looking Rolex that cost twenty times what I paid for this Bulova watch.
