I love the simplistic style and sturdiness of this watch. The weight makes it feel like the perfect field watch, and the off-white, antique-looking dial gives it a traditional military appearance.

This is the first automatic version of the Hack watches Bulova has recently been releasing. Many fans fans of the brand have been waiting for it and I have to say they hit it out the park. Movement: Inside beats a Miyota 8 caliber movement beating at 21600 bph. Considered a lower beat in this day and age, it brings us back to a time of war when that was standard. Furthermore, the lower beat rate allows for less wear and tear of the movement. Running +10 sec a day. Case: Multifaceted with different brush patterns as well as polished edges. A bit tall however a good portion of that is due to the beautiful, double domed glass. Even with the height, the watch still wears well. Dial: Simple and to the point as any Military referenced watch should be. Highly legible. Lume is bright and last quite long.Cream dial allows the watch to be versatile with strap choices. Strap: Very comfortable and supple however the watch screams for a NATO or MilSpec nylon. Overall, I really love this watch and if you are looking for a Hack Watch from a brand with a ton of Military history and cache, this is a perfect option.

Amazing watch (at first I don't like it and wanted to return it, but I started loving it after few days), although when sweaty hands - leather leaves marks on the wrist. Also, after having it for a year or so, I noticed leather started ripping off on both sides; and I do not see any option to buy just a strap. So I need to buy a new watch soon? ;( Watch - AMAZING, strap - so-so.

Tbh, when I first saw this watch in person, I was kind of disappointed. I thought it look like a cartoon watch rather than vintage modern. I was wanting this watch for a couple months, but I only saw it online. It was at the store and I got it! Honestly it grew on me. Its nothing like my other watches. I like the dial and color. I really love the cathedral hands. The leather strap that came with it is really really nice! If I could change anything it be the crystal and case back. It's not what I expected, but I'm glad I got it. The next bulova I want is the special edition hack. So I do love my watch. It's got me out of my comfort zone and has learning some things about the watch hobby.
