Honouring Bulova’s storied history with the armed forces and based on a rare prototype from 1957 developed for the U.S. Navy, the Special Edition MIL-SHIPS Bronze celebrates Bulova’s 150th Anniversary and its legacy of innovation and fine craftsmanship. This newly reimagined timepiece features an elevated design with a sandblast-finished case made of CuSn8 bronze, a lustrous material with a rose-gold hue reminiscent of 19th-century copper diving helmets. Bronze is much stronger than copper, and over time, it forms a natural patina, adding a protective layer that enhances its durability and enriches its unique, timeless look. Distinctive features include an army green dial with a matching aluminum bidirectional bezel insert, a vintage-inspired handset with super luminous hands and markers, a bi-colour moisture strip indicator strip, and a double-domed sapphire crystal with a 5-layer anti-reflective coating. Paired with an upgraded army green 18mm strap made of a hybrid of rubber and Cordura® nylon for durability and comfort and powered by a 21-jewel automatic movement with a 60-hour reserve, it showcases a commemorative 150th Anniversary embossed case back and is water resistant up to 200 metres. Delivered in premium packaging with a storybook, this heritage-inspired MIL-SHIPS Bronze men’s timepiece is a must-have for collectors and enthusiasts alike.

It's Bronze!
I'd wanted this watch from the first time I saw it. The colors of the dial and the case are beautifully complimentary. The weight of the watch is fully supported by the very comfortable strap. One of the comments I received was from a friend who said, "Wow, I didn't know they made watches out of bronze!" It is truly striking. And I'm looking forward to the patination to come.

Excellent Watch, Love the Green
This was my first Bulova in my collection and I love the style. The green and copper make for a stunning look that is not too flashy. The band is super comfortable and the watch is a fantastic piece if you are looking for some color in your collection.
Very nice diver
I really like this purchase, it sits among my favorite divers. The case has developed a fair amount if patina already. I reccomend as a great collection piece.
