This is a big, hefty watch, definitely not for the timid. I wear my watches with many bracelets on each wrist simultaneously, so I need a watch that can balance with the contrasting thinness and lightness of the bracelets and the alternate wristwatch. The time keeping is perfect. I set all my watches to time.gov and this Bulova Precisionist is aptly named. It has not varied a second in the two weeks or so since I set it. The polish on the case and bracelet is like a mirror finish. I love this great watch. It is so worth its price. Now to find a Bulova moon phase watch to wear on the other wrist.
If you’re looking for a good mixture of a watch and a work of art the Bulova precisionist is the watch for you. The big thick face and blue background will make you smile everytime you check the time. I’ve never owned a watch as accurate as this and I own many watches. Out of the 24 watches I own this one is the most heavily used. The dials and date are beautiful and the bracelet is stunning. If you’re in the fence about this watch you can get down now and purchase this gorgeous piece. I promise you will not regret it.

I got my watch today from Zales and am very pleased with it. It is thick but wears small thanks to the design of the bracelet. It's my first precision quartz and am excited to see how accurately it keeps time. The sapphire crystal is a plus as I am a maintenance technician and am rough on watches. Highly recommend. Cheers.

This piece screams classy and sophisticated. It’s a gift to my man for our one year anniversary. He’s been looking at it for a while. I know he’s going to love it!!
Watch with presence
Hefty watch. The weight, the design and angles all contribute to first impression: precision machinist did this. The looks pair perfectly with the accuracy of the precisionist movement. I love the way the 1/100th dial echos the watch outline. Not your typical watch face layout which helps this one stand out.
Big heavy watch, not for small wrists!
This is a big heavy watch, being about 16 mm thick and 45 mm diameter. Weighing in at over 9.8 oz (which is over half a pound), it's one of the heaviest watches I own. All that being said, it's probably also one of the nicest watches I own. Even though it has a ridiculous 1/1000th of a second capability, human beings aren't even that accurate in their own reaction time. But, it is really cool to see that type of accuracy on a watch. I'm glad it has an on/off switch for the seconds hand. I don't run the smooth seconds hand all the time, for longer battery life. But, it is fun to show off! The open area on the face between the subdials is a little odd, took me a while to get used to. It has a screw down crown, accommodating its 300m water resistance rating. The butterfly clasp band has large links and polished surfaces making it very attractive. Overall, a very large heavy watch not made for small wrists or timid individuals.
