Lunar Pilot Travel Clock
The design of our Lunar Pilot travel alarm clock is inspired by the Lunar capsule instrument used in the Apollo 15 trip to the Moon. The plaque base in which the removable alarm clock rests features an engraving plate that notes the exact location the Lander was left in the Sea of Tranquility along with a Bulova-made timing instrument that was used to capture scientific data for years after the landing. Overall dimensions with clock in plaque 1.4” H x 4.1” L x 3.1” W Alarm clock (separate), 2.4” H x 2.4” W x .75” D. LR44 battery included. The clock and plaque come nestled within a sateen black liner in a Bulova presentation box. Printed on the outer package is a map of the moon that shows the exact location of the Bulova instrument.

Cool little clock that I got along with my Lunar Pilot watch - makes a nice set. It ticks a little too loud for a nightstand clock, but that's OK - not really my plan for it.

Great Little Keep Sake & Really Good Looking at a Very Good Price
Good looking travel clock but a bit noisy
The travel clock came as a gift with my Lunar Pilot watch. The clock is encased in a plaque and the ensemble looks quite nice. Two downsides as far as I am concerned: the clock is too noisy for me to put at my bedside (not very noisy, obviously, but you distinctly hear the click every second) and the button cell that powers it is rather small so I doubt it will last long. Still, a nice addition to my desk.

Great for collectors
My uncle is a huge fan and follower of space exploration and loves his Bulova watch. When I saw this clock, I thought it would be the perfect present for him! It's a little pricey when buying just the clock (I couldn't afford the new Lunar Pilot watch too! lol) but I gotta say it's really well made and he loves that the actual clock can stand upright and is removable from the base. Feels and looks high quality and he was happy.
