“Lunar Pilot” watch, this slim line matte silver case has a glass lens protecting the metal debossed dial with a temperature , hygrometer and sub dial step second's gauge. The silent sweep seconds hand (no ticking ) smoothly measures the passing time. Both the hour markers time hands have luminescent ink to reflect in low light.
The accurate quartz movement and sub dial seconds movement each use 1 AA battery ( not included).

As a collector of new and vintage Bulova watches, I wanted something for my home office that reflects my fondness for the brand. This clock does it well. It also helps that I own the blue Lunar Pilot with the white dial, which the clock accurately portrays. I am very pleased with the looks and quality of the clock. The smoothly sweeping second hand and the lume are unexpectedly nice touches. The thermometer and hygrometer sub dials seem reasonably accurate. Overall, the clock adds a touch of class to my home office. My only minor quibble is that it's impossible to keep the sweep second hand in sync with the seconds on the sub-dial for more than a few days. I might remove the battery for the sub-dial to disable this feature because it's really unnecessary and the second hand is more accurate.
The Lunar Pilot (white dial) wall clock has great detail. It look great in our home office. Hopefully one day I will be able to purchase the real wrist watch version. Thanks Bulova for such beautiful products.
Beautiful 5 Star Clock
Right out of the box you could tell that this clock was going to look perfect. Even better once it is hung is watching the precision of the watch dials. Two operating pieces synchronized to work perfectly together. Buy a small florescent light to shine on the clock and the exceptional fluorescence really stands out. This clock is a real winner!
