Every Bulova.com purchase comes with our 30-day, money-back guarantee so that you can be sure your new Bulova timepiece meets your expectations.


Registered users

If you would like to return an item purchased from Bulova.com, firstly log into your account.

Once you are logged into your account, click 'View' beside order history to return a list of all of your recent orders.

If you have any returns that are eligible for return, you will see the option "Return Order". Click this option and follow the on screen prompts to complete the return and print the free UPS label.


Guest users

If you do not know your account details, you may search for your order using the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Email Address associated with the order
  • Billing Zip Code

Once your order has been located, if it is eligible for return you will see the option to "Return Order". Click this option and follow the on screen prompts.


Return Policy

** HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY **
For your convenience, orders placed on Bulova.com between 11/1/22 and 12/24/22 can be returned until 1/31/23.


We can only accept returns of products in original condition (unworn, with original packaging, and any removed links included) and purchased from our website. Any gift with purchase items must also be returned; in the event that any of these items are not returned, additional charges may apply.

Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our facility. Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction.

Gift Cards & Expedited shipping charges are Non-Refundable.
