Every Bulova.com purchase comes with our 30-day, money-back guarantee so that you can be sure your new Bulova timepiece, clock, or piece of jewelry meets your expectations.
If you would like to return your Bulova.com purchase, you may initiate your return below. For a refund to be issued, item(s) must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery, and must be in original condition (unworn, with all Bulova packaging/inserts, and any removed links included). Any gift with purchase items must also be returned; in the event that any of these items are not returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund. We do not accept returns for products purchased from our retail partners.
Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our facility. Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction, and may take an additional 7-10 days to appear, depending on your financial institution / issuer.
Gift Cards & Expedited shipping charges (UPS 2-Day & UPS Overnight) are non-refundable.
