Place your order by 2 PM ET for same-day shipping. Please note that if band sizing is requested, it may take an additional 2–3 business days before your order ships.
Returns:
We accept returns of new, unworn watches within 30 days for a guaranteed full refund.
Warranty:
All watch purchases come with a 3-year limited warranty.
Bracelet sizing adds additional processing time.
Bracelet sizing requires an extra 1-2 business days for processing, prior to shipping, as sizing is handled on demand by one of our expert technicians.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or on weekends will ship from our facility on Monday (excluding holidays).
Overnight shipping is available for an additional fee.
